These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://tathastu-web.web.app/ and/or the Cute Animals: Sounds, Facts & More! mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") made available by Infinity Labs (Cute Animals, "Company", "we", "us" and "our"), a sole proprietorship established under the laws of India having its registered residence 863, Bangalore – 560068. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Platform.
These Terms are to be read with the Cute Animals Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of these Terms, please do not use this Platform. Our Services and these Terms are compliant with the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Information Technology Act, 2000, including amendments made to it and rules framed under it. When you use our Platform or any of our Services, you accept and agree to these Terms. However, please note that we do not represent that we are compliant with laws of any country apart from the Republic of India.

Our Services allow you to browse 100+ animals, listen to real animal sounds, read fun and educational facts, and explore animals by category. No account registration is required to use the app. We do not access device data without permission.
We collect only default Firebase Analytics data during activity switches. No customized or private information is collected. Please refer to the Cute Animals Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and user rights.
Use the app for personal, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Do not misuse animal sounds or content in a way that could disturb others or violate applicable laws.
Use antivirus protection where applicable. You are responsible for all activity on your device while using the app. We strive to secure the Platform but cannot guarantee immunity from attacks.
