These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://tathastu-web.web.app/ and/or the Mera Mandir mobile application (collectively, the "Platform") made available by Infinity Labs (Mera Mandir, "Company", "we", "us" and "our"), a sole proprietorship established under the laws of India having its registered residence 863, Bangalore – 560068. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Platform.
These Terms are to be read with the Mera Mandir Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of these Terms, please do not use this Platform. Our Services and these Terms are compliant with the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Information Technology Act, 2000, including amendments made to it and rules framed under it. When you create an account on our Platform or use our Platform or any of our Services, you accept and agree to these Terms. However, please note that we do not represent that we are compliant with laws of any country apart from the Republic of India.

Our Services allow you to browse, download, and set God wallpapers, live wallpapers, and devotional ringtones on your device. You may save favorites and share content. To use certain Services, you may need to register via your phone number and OTP. We do not access device data without permission.
We collect information such as phone number and name, stored securely on AWS or Google Cloud servers. Please refer to the Mera Mandir Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and user rights.
Use your real name, phone number, and gender. Do not impersonate others or provide false details.
Use antivirus protection. You are responsible for all activity under your number. We strive to secure the Platform but cannot guarantee immunity from attacks.
We may remove content violating these Terms. Repeated violations may result in termination. Appeals can be made via email to dev.robinkamboj@gmail.com.
Do not share illegal, obscene, harmful, discriminatory, or hate content. We may remove such content and report to authorities.
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and distribute it. You remain responsible for your posts. We are not liable for user-generated content.
We are an intermediary under Indian law. We provide a platform for sharing but are not responsible for user actions. Our liability is limited under applicable law.
Do not hack, introduce malware, or interfere with our systems. Such actions may result in termination and legal consequences.
You may need to update the app regularly to continue using it.
